Join Stoup Brewing for a Munich inspired night of incredible autumn beers and Chef Mike’s inspired food in our private garden studio. Seating is very limited and will sell out quickly.
Guests will be welcomed with Stoup's celebrated Pilsner as we mingle and talk shop with Lara Zahaba & Brad Benson (owners & brewer).
Once seated we'll enjoy housemade bratwurst with carrot spätzle, pickled onions, and thai basil paired with Stoup Bavarian Hefeweizen.
Next course is smoked chickens with a sumac and lemon glaze, sauerkraut salad, herbs, pickled ginger and lemon vinaigrette, paired with Stoup Marzen.
Last up is sponge cake with autumn sauces, bavarian cream, paired with Stoup Dunkelweizen
