Ballard's newest bistro-pub
Proprietress Jen Doak was inspired by her global travels and found the European model of eating and drinking especially appealing. Why? Because the convivial corner bistro or pub always seems to be brimming with curious patrons. The passerby might see a familiar face and pop in for a pint or an entire meal, and great conversation and fun.
The name suggests a proper pour - teasing the top of the glass and culminating in a satisfying glimpse of the bottom. - Like a good toast, Brimmer & Heeltap will be a place that evokes camaraderie – a sense of where we’ve been and where we want to arrive.
There’s something for everyone with Chef Mike’s innovative use of distinct flavor profiles, from snacks and veggies, to meats and seafood. Our menu changes regularly so stop by often!
