Each month we're hosting a different themed pop up bar in our back studio, which can be accessed through the garden.

This month's Pop-Up revolves around daisy cocktails!

As Doc Holiday said "You're a daisy if you do."

Daisy's at their core are a sour with soda added. Essentially a base spirit (gin, tequila, bourbon), sweetener (simple, agave, honey, etc.), an acid (lemon, lime, grapefruit, etc.) and soda to top.

Joey, our bar manager, is a huge fan of cocktails which exhibit this kind of simplicity, allowing every ingredient it's place without being too busy on the palate.

"As a bartender, a daisy allows me the space to include some of my own personality via infused liquors, complex syrups, and custom sour mixes."

For our patrons, sour's are a little bit longer, allowing you to enjoy your cocktail just a bit longer, and fight that summer sun with a extra bit of hydration. Plus, who doesn't love some bubbles in their cocktail!

The menu will highlight four cocktails:

Daisey If You Do
Bourbon, lime juice, turbinado syrup, grenadine, firewater bitters, soda

I'm Your Huckleberry
Huckleberry infused Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda

Just Foolin
Tequila, lime juice, agave, melon gose

Say When
Macchu Pisco, caffo mezzodi, blood orange juice, lemon juice, simple, soda
