For a more intimate, personalized dining experience, Brimmer & Heeltap offers a unique space that serves as a special option for your private dining needs. Our goals are quite simple. We pride ourselves in creating a beautifully inviting space with a crew that cares about the products they serve to the community they envelop. 

Our tucked-away back studio features a fully enclosed private room that offers the perfect setting for an intimate gathering or lively bash. We love hosting events year-round and can’t wait to help you plan an evening to be remembered!

We host evening events in our garden studio from 4:00-10:00 Wednesday-Sunday. Our fully enclosed studio space can seat approximately 22 guests. We also have an expanded patio space that allows for up to 20 more guests (that is heated and partially covered). If you are looking for a family-style seated dinner, we can comfortably seat 30 people. Hosted events of more than 30, standing reception is highly encouraged.

If you’re interested in hosting a brunch event, the interior space in our main dining room is available to host up to 25 guests, any day of the week. We currently host events from 10:00 am-1:00 pm, but most days can be flexible on timing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with inquiries. Be advised that our outdoor space is occupied by our coffee shop 7:00 am to 2:00 pm daily, and is not available for private reservations. Food and beverage minimum: $2,000-$4,000 (studio only vs extended patio seating and fire pit)
Room rental fee: $500

AM Rates:
Food and beverage minimum: $1,000
Room rental fee: $500

Looking for a larger event and want to buyout the entire restaurant? We can host events of up to 80 guests. 

Full PM Buyout Rates:
Food and beverage minimum: $8,000 (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)
Food and beverage minimum: $10,000 (Friday, Saturday)
Room rental fee: $1,000

Full AM Buyout Rates:
Food and beverage minimum: $4,000 (Monday-Thursday)
Food and beverage minimum: $6,000 (Friday-Sunday)
Room rental fee: $1,000
