For a more intimate and personalized dining experience, Brimmer & Heeltap offers a unique and full-service private dining option, so you can enjoy your celebrations and leave the rest to us.

Our tucked-away back Studio is a fully enclosed, private dining room that offers the perfect setting for an intimate gathering or lively bash. Want more space? The garage door opens up to our Patio, which can also be rented for more mingling or dining space.

From weddings to baby showers to retirement parties or any other reason to celebrate, we pride ourselves in creating a beautifully inviting private party space in Ballard with a crew that cares about the products they serve to the community they envelop.

Host your evening event in our Studio from 4:00-10:00 PM, Wednesday-Sunday.
Our fully enclosed Studio space can seat approximately 22 guests.

Want more space? Add on our Patio (heated and partly covered), which allows for up to 20 more guests. The Studio garage door fully opens to connect the two spaces for the ultimate party space, complete with fire pit and garden views.

If you are looking for a family-style seated dinner, we can comfortably seat 30 people in our combined studio-patio space. For hosted events of 30-40, a buffet-style standing reception is highly encouraged.

Looking for a larger event and want to buyout the entire restaurant?
We can host events of up to 80 guests! This includes the studio, patio, outside garden, and Brimmer & Heeltap dining rooms. Mix and mingle throughout our entire space, and enjoy a family-style or buffet dinner - whatever you’re envisioning, we can make it happen!

We love being a neighborhood spot with a strong local, walk-in following. Because of that, we consider full buyouts on a case-by-case basis.

Food and Beverage Minimum: $11,000 (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)
Food and Beverage Minimum: $13,000 (Friday, Saturday)

PRIVATE BRUNCH DINING

If you’re interested in hosting a private brunch event in Ballard, we’ve got the spot!

The interior space in our main dining room is available to host up to 25 guests any day of the week, between 9am-2pm. Be advised that our studio, patio, and garden spaces are occupied by our coffee shop, Red Arrow, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm daily, and are not available for private reservations.

However, if you have your heart set on a brunch event in the Red Arrow coffee space, set’s have a conversation about a full buyout!

Join us for dinner Wednesdays–Sundays from 4–9 PM.
We offer an Oyster Happy Hour Wednesday–Sunday from 4–5 PM, where you can enjoy 1/2 price glass wine pours and $3 local Hama Hama oysters, including our garden (weather permitting) and our covered and heated outdoor patio, which is reservable. Reservations are encouraged, especially on Fridays & Saturdays.

Our garden café, Red Arrow, is open 7 days a week! Enjoy delicious coffee and brunch dishes from 7 am - 2 pm. Across the street, you’ll find Halfseas Wine Bar, our newest edition to the neighborhood. Shop our shelves to find delicious and affordable wine bottles, or stay for a glass (or two!) and enjoy small plates. Open Tuesday-Sunday, 3-9 pm. Cavi-Hour runs 3-5 pm, Tuesday-Sunday, with $10 select wine glass pours and 1/2 price caviar tins.
