Ed Milan. An
acquaintance introduced us when I mentioned actually getting this bar off the
ground. Ed is a volunteer with an
organization under the SBA (Small Business Administration) called SCORE
(Originally the acronym for “Service Core of Retired Executives”, is now
“Counselors to America's Small Business”).
Any business that is just getting started or any business that would
like to improve upon its current standings should look into this outreach
program at http://seattle.score.org/ Ed has coached from the outer reaches of the
east coast and now Seattle is lucky enough to have him call her home. He has coached at least 529 businesses owners
in Seattle alone. To say that I adore Ed
would be an understatement. He is the
best coach, mentor, and friend a kid could ever ask for! Grey Goose will be waiting fine sir!

Our garden café, Red Arrow, is open 7 days a week! Enjoy delicious coffee and brunch dishes from 7 am - 2 pm. Across the street, you’ll find Halfseas Wine Bar, our newest edition to the neighborhood. Shop our shelves to find delicious and affordable wine bottles, or stay for a glass (or two!) and enjoy small plates. Open Tuesday-Sunday, 3-9 pm. Cavi-Hour runs 3-5 pm, Tuesday-Sunday, with 1/2 price wine glass pours and 1/2 price caviar tins.
